St. Johnland's Adult Health Care program provides the benefits of a skilled nursing facility, while allowing participants to live at home. We offer: *Recreation including trips, entertainment, pet therapy, arts and crafts, exercise and music *Physical, occupational, and speech therapy. *Health assessment and medical supervision, medication management, insulin checks, wound dressings and ongoing nursing care. *Dietary assessment and nutritional counseling. *Social work counseling, case management, referrals and support group. *Assistance with all activities of daily living including eating, bathing, grooming, toileting and ambulation.
A continental breakfast, lunch and nutritious snacks are also provided. The program is open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. The cost is fully covered by Medicaid. Private pay is also accepted. Door- thru- door transportation is provided.
